Neighbors in Westlake say they were woken up early Tuesday by screams and police sirens outside of the home of Thomas Kess, the owner of Angelo’s Pizza.
Deputies found a .45 caliber Smith and Wesson pistol loaded with 12 rounds “within reach of Mr. Fenshaw as he operated the vehicle,” and a ballistic plate carrier, known as body armor.
